Here at Halima's Boutique we take pride in our service and check each article before it is posted to you.
We have a NO returns, refund or exchange policy.
Should the item arrive damaged please contact us via email or through our social media channels. We will begin to process a refund once we have received the merchandise back. We will complete a thorough check and decide the next action. Refunded payments will go back on to the original purchase method. We do not cover postage costs.
If an item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it has not been claimed by the customer; you will be required to resend payment for postage.
We recommend you use a recorded or trackable service to return your item. Upon receipt, we will check the product and send out a replacement. Should the item no longer be available we will issue a refund.
If the item is lost, we will contact Royal Mail and comply with their policy. Once the item has surpassed its expected delivery date plus the additional days set by Royal Mail, we will be able to begin a claims process. We do not cover any postage costs.
